With a work ethic shaped early in life and refined through decades of hands-on experience, Don Erik has built Wolff Construction on the belief that true luxury lies in precision, planning, and integrity—never shortcuts.

A natural leader and forward-thinking builder, Don Erik is the visionary behind the firm’s direction, culture, and attention to detail. Outside of work, Don Erik is a devoted husband to his wife, Jocelyn, and a proud father of three. In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his family, spending time on the golf course with his boys, and staying actively involved in the local community. When he’s not on a job site—or squeezing in an occasional round of golf—you’ll often find him at the football field, pouring back into the community that has supported both his family and his business.
