Jocelyn Wolff’s appreciation for craftsmanship and hard work was shaped early in life. Raised in rural Pennsylvania in a household rooted in the trades, she grew up watching her father work with his hands and learning the value of dedication, grit, and pride in one’s craft. Construction has always represented more than buildings to Jocelyn—it reflects the people, families, and generational work ethic behind the work.

LEAD PROJECT MANAGER

Jared brings a lifelong connection to construction and a deep respect for craftsmanship to his role as Project Manager at Wolff Construction. Raised in a family rooted in the trades, Jared grew up on job sites, gaining hands-on experience and a strong work ethic from an early age. While attending college, he worked construction to support his studies—quickly excelling in the field and ultimately choosing to pursue construction as his career.

Salina's natural ability to connect with people brings a warm, authentic approach to every professional relationship. That people-first mindset is the foundation to how she represents Wolff Construction. As Business Development and Marketing Manager, she brings a unique blend of relationship building, sales strategy, and high-end brand experience. She spent 10 years in the beauty industry in Los Angeles, working closely with an ultra-luxury clientele and honing exceptional people skills in a detail-driven market.
