MEET JOCELYN WOLFF

Jocelyn Wolff’s appreciation for craftsmanship and hard work was shaped early in life. Raised in rural Pennsylvania in a household rooted in the trades, she grew up watching her father work with his hands and learning the value of dedication, grit, and pride in one’s craft. Construction has always represented more than buildings to Jocelyn—it reflects the people, families, and generational work ethic behind the work.

That foundation naturally carried into Wolff Construction, where Don Erik invited Jocelyn to join the team not simply as the President's wife, but as a contributing team member whose organizational, communication, and interpersonal strengths would help support and elevate the company. Stepping into the role with intention, Jocelyn quickly immersed herself in the business and discovered a passion for connection and delivering a refined, high-touch client experience.

Jocelyn takes great pride in the level of detail Wolff Construction is known for, from internal processes to outward-facing communication and brand presence. Whether she is in the office managing operations, behind the camera creating social media content, or working directly with clients and community partners, her focus remains on building trust, clarity, and lasting relationships.

Outside of work, Jocelyn enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, Don Erik and their three children. She is deeply involved in youth athletics and can often be found on a football field helping run programs and supporting the next generation. Community involvement is central to who she is, and she is passionate about ensuring Wolff Construction continues to invest in and support the families and future leaders it serves.
